Check-in is from 03:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 PM. Rooms or suites requiring check-in prior to 03:00 PM will require
a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should be requested
during the time of reservation.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late departures up to 06:00 PM are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room / suite rate.
For any check-out after 06:00 PM, the regular published rate will be applicable (subject to availability).
Early departures: Guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay

Tourism Dirham: Further to Dubais Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, the Tourism Dirham is a minimal charge of AED 20 to be applied to hotel guests, staying in any type of hotel establishment, including hotels, hotel apartments, guest houses and holiday homes. This fee is levied per occupied bedroom, per night, effective 1st March 2014 onwards. The fee will be collected from the guests at check-out.

Event Dates Policy

The New Years Eve Dinner is compulsory for all guests staying at the resort on 31st December 2023.31st December only Lunch will be offered to guests booked on HB meal plan. NYE dinner supplement to be included as mandatory under all meal plans booked.The mandatory New Years Eve Dinner is to be reserved at the time of making the room reservation. Ages of children to be mentioned upon reservation.The dinner seating is assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
The Hotel reserves the right to change or amend the New Years Eve program without prior notice.The Government of the UAE reserves the right to withdraw the entertainment, fireworks without prior notice.n the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the above schedules/programs will be subject to change.The Hotel Reserves the right to change or amend the Event dates and add any additional events that may occur throughout the year.
