WALK OUT
In the case of an overbooking situation, Rove Hotels reserve the right to accommodate the guests in a nearby Hotel of an equivalent
category, without any price supplement. In such cases the expenses relating to the transfer (additional cost of the rooms,
transportation to the hotel and one 10-minute telephone call to the customer’s home) between the two hotels shall be payable by Rove
Hotels, who shall not be liable for any other compensation whatsoever.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
By acceptance of this Agreement, Rove Hotels shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified
herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change or statutes of UAE Government, strikes, riots

transportation to the hotel and one 10-minute telephone call to the customer’s home) between the two hotels shall be payable by Rove
Hotels, who shall not be liable for any other compensation whatsoever.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
By acceptance of this Agreement, Rove Hotels shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified
herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change or statutes of UAE Government, strikes, riots
and ‘Acts of God’ or conditions beyond the control of Rove Hotels.
