* Guests are subject to and accept Millennium Hotels & Resorts Hotel - Terms and conditions prevailing at the time of the booking and - That the reserved accommodation will be available as of 15:00 hrs on the day of the guest’s arrival.
* The Company acknowledges and agrees that it will advise prospective guests that the reserved accommodation must be vacated no later than 12.00 hrs. on the date of the guest’s departure. The Company shall ensure that guests are informed that failure by the guests to do so may incur a late departure charge which must be settled by the guest on their departure. The late departure (up to 18.00) charge shall be 50% of the rate of the day, after that time, a full night’s stay will be charged at the rate of the day.
CHILDREN POLICY
The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.
* Children up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding or one additional extra bed (as per Extra bed charges) based on room occupancy provided, when booked on the same meal plan as their parents in the designated Hotel venue.
* Maximum room occupancy applies.
* Baby Cot will be provided on a complimentary basis but its subject to availability
