» GENERAL POLICY:

• Minimum Length of Stay:
All rates, contracted and promotional, are subject to minimum length of stay of three (3) nights during exhibition and event periods.
All rates, contracted and promotional, are subject to minimum length of stay of five (5) nights during New Year period (28th Dec-1stJan)
All rates, contracted and promotional, are subject to maximum length of stay of twenty-five (25) nights during summer period from 1
Jun 2026 until 30 Sep 2026 for only all room types.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
• Check-in time is 14:00 (2 pm) and check-out time is 12:00 (12 pm)
• Early check-in must be booked one day in advance and is charged at 100% of the contracted rate unless otherwise agreed with sales
department.
• Early check-in / late check-out requests are not guaranteed, and are strictly subject to availability at time of check-in / check-out
• Late check-out after 12:00 hours is subject to availability and to be charged as follows:
• 50% of the contracted nightly rate until 18:00 hours
• Full night charge after 18:00 hours
» CHILDREN POLICY:
One baby cot per room is provided free of charge for infant up to 2.99 years old and must be requested at the time of the
reservation subject to availability.
• Children from Zero yr. until five point nine nine (5.99) yr. will be free on the same booked meal plan with the parents.
• Children from six (6) yr. until eleven-point ninety-nine (11.99) yr. will be charged 50% of adult meal plan & (non-alcoholic) New Year
gala dinner.
• Twelve (12) yr. and above are considered as adult.
