BEDDING POLICY:
Each room can accommodate up to two adults and two children below 12 years old, at no extra charge, inclusive of breakfast. To accommodate 3 adults, extra person charges apply.*
0 – 4 years Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis, subject to availability.

5 – 11 years Maximum of one extra bed or built-in sofa bed will be provided at no extra charge.
12 years and above Extra person rates will apply on accommodation, including breakfast and extra bed. (For a roll-away bed, rates are inclusive of breakfast).

Meal Supplements:
Guest may avail half board in a selection of Jumeirah restaurants within the resort and across Dubai as per Madinat Jumeirah’s Communications. All meal supplements are non commissionable and Jumeirah reserves the right to revise Food and Beverage prices during the validity of the contract. Additional charges may apply for certain outlets.
Meal supplement charges are not applicable for children between the ages of 0 - 4 years.

NEW YEAR POLICY:

New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is compulsory on 31 December 2025.
Rates and Conditions will be advised at a later stage.
No check-out on 31 Dec 2025.
Half board is not available on 31 December 2025 due to the Compulsory Gala Dinner.

Amendment Policy At any time, changes in name, date or duration will require a new booking to be made, subject to availability and rate at that time.
No-Show Policy 100% charge on total booking.
Early Departure Policy 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment the amount will be non-refundable
