IMPORTANT INFORMATION Law 2/2016 of the Regional Government of the Balearic Islands outlines the tax on tourist stays, which is applied to all clients over 16 years of age. Its value for four-star hotels is €3 per person/day**. There are two cases in which the tourist tax is reduced***: -A 50% reduction will apply to stays of more than 8 days in the same hotel and will only be applicable from the 9th day forward. -A 75% reduction will also apply to stays between November 1st and April 30th. *The tourist tax will be collected directly at the hotel on arrival. ** The rates indicated do not include VAT, which will be added on. A day means 12 PM to 12 PM the following day. Shorter stays will be considered stays of 1 day, provided that they exceed 12 hours. *** The aforementioned reductions are cumulative.

General cancelation Policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 8 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Christmas / New Year / Semana Santa Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, no penalty;            
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty;            
If the booking is cancelled with 7 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.            
 

Early Booking Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled with more than 15 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 50% of total amount as a penalty
If the booking is cancelled with 15 days before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation
