MEAL PLAN INFORMATION
Please see the below meal plan options available in the hotel:
• Breakfast timing in Les Cuisines from 7.00AM to 11.00AM.
• Half Board / Full board dining Option: It can be either buffet or set menu.
• The hotel reserves the right to change the meal setup (buffet or a la carte) without prior notice.
• The hotel reserves the right to amend the meals venues.
• Children aged until 5.99 years old are free of charge when booked on FB, HB and breakfast, any child over 5.99 – 11.99 years old will be charged child rate as specified above, child over 12 years old is considered an adult. Valid for 2 Children only.
• HB & FB will not be available on 31st Dec and 1st Jan on above rates.
• Early Bird is not applicable on meal plans
The Bed & Breakfast contracted rates are based on Breakfast for all guests and can be availed in Les Cuisines restaurant ; Room Service breakfast is not included. The hotel reserves the right to change the breakfast venue if required.
All promotions are applicable for all guests accommodated in the same room.
The reservation must clearly mention the applicable promotion code. No rebates at a later stage will be accepted.
Festive Season
Christmas / New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

GENERAL POLICY
• Subject to Tourism Dirhams Fee of AED 20 per bed room per night (AED 40 for 2 Bedroom suites per night)

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
• Check in time is 15.00 hours and check out time is 12.00 noon.
• All guests arriving before 15.00 hours will be accommodated as rooms become available.
LATE CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, EARLY DEPARTURE & DATE CHANGES
• 100% charge of total booking for all seasons in case of late cancellation & no-show.
• Regardless of the reasons, in case of early departure all originally booked room nights whether consumed or not, will be charged with all applicable taxes
• Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and rebooking will be subject to cancellation charge
