Opening on 01st November 2025, spanning 20,000 square meters, the Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark boasts 15 exhilarating rides and attractions guaranteed to delight the whole family. From thrilling waterslides to a lazy river, and the region’s first Triple Flow Rider, there is something for every adventure seeker and sun-soaker.
And that’s not all! For those seeking a touch of exclusivity and relaxation, a magnificent wave pool with pristine sand brings the beach to the heart of the city, where guests can indulge in the allure of private cabanas and enjoy an exclusive service
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All guest bookings are eligible to complimentary unlimited access to the waterpark during their stay. Applicable for all the guests as per the maximum room occupancy.
While we strive to provide full access to all facilities, please note that the Waterpark may open in phases. Certain attractions, slides, pools and other facilities of the park may not be available immediately upon launch
Waterpark operating hours are subject to change and may vary depending on weather conditions or operational requirements.
Proper swimwear is required at all times. Guests are expected to behave responsibly & comply with Waterpark rules & lifeguard instructions for safety
Specific rides or attractions may be temporarily closed for maintenance, safety checks, or weather-related reasons without prior notice. No compensation or refunds will be provided for such closures
Certain attractions may have age, height, or health restrictions. These are in place to ensure guest safety and must be strictly observed
Cabanas and certain premium experiences are available at an additional cost and subject to availability. Advance reservation is recommended
The hotel accepts no liability for injuries resulting from failure to follow Waterpark safety rules or staff guidance.

- Extended complimentary breakfast and evening bar service with light dinner buffet in a dedicated resort venue from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm dinner. (subject to change).Dine-around is not included.
- Selective menu at the dedicated venue, including unlimited house beverages, soft drinks and juices. Timings are subject to change.
- Please note the Grand Club Lounge is closed, resort benefits as mentioned above will be provided at another dedicated venue.
