TRAVEL PERIOD 01 OCT 2021 - 30 SEP 2022

TERMS AND CONDITION 

This agreement will supersedes all other previous rates or offers for the mentioned period;

Special Agreement are applicable on the room rates, however not applicable on exhibition/
Events supplements;

All above rates are subject to Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20-/ per room per night for Classic Deluxe, Executive room, 1 Bedroom Suite; and for Executive 1 BR Suite ; AED 40-/ per suite per
night for 2 Bedroom Suite;

The above agreement is valid for All Markets.

In case of high demand bookings flow, the hotel has the right to communicate stop sale with 24
hours’ time to report pending bookings, the same applies over weekdays or weekend.

Check in time 14:00 hrs. Check out time 12:00 hrs., guaranteed early check in time is charged
100%, early check in and late check out requests are subject to hotel availability.

Incase of early departure, hotel will charge 100% of the stay on meal plan booked;

The above rates must be offered through the Off-Line Channels, must remain confidential, must
be packaged and not to be sold openly in the market.

The above rates above are quoted for individual FIT bookings only, groups whi
05 rooms or more will be quoted upon request.

Classic rooms are for maximum two (2) adults, and one (1) child or maximum three (3) adults.

Triple Occupancy is based on a double or twin bed room with an additional extra bed in the
room, with an extra bed supplement per night

 

Elite Byblos Hotels reserves the right of discretion to change the contracted rate at any time
with a 07 days prior written notice to the agent.

Elite Byblos Hotel reserves the right of discretion to change the contracted rate at any time in
case government will increase, change or implement additional VAT or municipality fees.

 

In the event that guest books additional nights at Elite Byblos Hotel directly with the Hotel, such
reservation shall be totally separate from the agreement between the guest and the Travel
Agency/Tour Operator and shall continue a new agreement between the Hotels and the guest
directly. The Travel Agency/Tour Operator shall not be entitled to any fees or other
compensation in respect of such additional accommodation booked by guests.

The Travel Agency/Tour Operator acknowledges and agrees to notify/advise prospective guests
as part of the terms and conditions for accommodation that the reserved unit will be available
as of 15h00 on the day of the guest's arrival. However Early Check-in can be arranged based on
availability.

The Travel Agency/Tour Operator acknowledges and agrees to notify/advise prospective guests
as part of the terms and conditions for accommodation that the reserved unit must be vacated
no later than 12h00 on the date of the guest’s departure, failure by the guests to do so may
incur a late departure charges which must be settled by the guest directly to the hotel on their
departures, the late departure charges will be as follows:

> 50% of the rate of the day will be applied if departure requested between 12:00 and 18:00
> 100% of the rate of the day will be applied if departure requested after 18:00 onwards.

New Year bookings, if any, Names can be amended or cancelled until 10™ December 2021
after that date no changes will be accepted and full stay charges with compulsory Gala Dinnerfor minimum 1 Pax will be applied.

Release periods must be strictly enforced, especially during high demand periods including exhibition, holidays and other increased demand periods. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse
guest name changes after the expiry of the release periods.

HOTEL’S CHILD POLICY
1. One child as 0 – 5.99 years old sharing their parent’s room will stay free of charge with a baby cot only (Subject to availability) or on existing bedding, on the same meal plan booked along with New Year Gala Dinner.
2. Child between 06–11.99 years old will be charged 50% of Adult Rate for the Meal Plan supplements and NY Gala Dinner. Please Refer to Table 1.
3. Child Between 06 -11.99 years old will be charged 50% on the extra bed supplement BB.
4. Child 12 years old and above will be considered as an adult.
