MEAL INFORMATION:
“Bed and Breakfast”
BB” means Room Package with breakfast/night stay.
“Half board”
“HB” means Room Package with 02 meals: breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served in the Thai restaurant “Suan Bua”. Dinner is offered in the Thai restaurant “Suan Bua” (buffet), or as a multiple choice set menu in “Uno Mas” (Argentinian grill) or in “Sheesh” (Lebanese restaurant). HB is food only. All beverages are at a separate charge.
“Full board”
“FB” means Room Package with 03 meals/night stay including breakfast, lunch, and dinner (dinner on the check-in date, and breakfast on the check-out date). Breakfast and lunch are served in the Thai restaurant “Suan Bua”. Dinner is offered in the Thai restaurant “Suan Bua” (buffet), or as set menu in “Uno Mas” (Argentinian Grill) or in “Sheesh” (Lebanese restaurant). FB lunch and dinner is food only. All beverages are at separate charge.
“All-Inclusive Dine Around”
“AI” means three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at the Thai restaurant “Suan Bua”, (buffet). Lunch alternatives: selected light dishes & snacks in “Sands” (beachside dining and bar) or in “Waves Beach Bar” (Arabic and international snacks and refreshments). Dinner alternatives: multiple-choice set menu in “Uno Mas” (Argentinian grill) or in “Sheesh” (Lebanese restaurant). Open bar from 12:00 noon till 23:00, which includes selected Beer, Wine, Whisky, Vodka & Gin (regular house brands). Open bars are available during the outlet operating hours in “Suan Bua”, “Uno Mas”, “Sheesh”, “Sands” and “Waves”. All-Inclusive excludes room service and minibar. The all-Inclusive meal plan starts from 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 15:00 on the day of departure. A selection of complimentary ice cream is available at the ice cream hut near Sands Beach Club from 12:00 - 17:00 hrs Guests can avail 15% discount at SPA Cenvaree & Candy Kids Spa and 10% discount on water sports activities.
“Premium Mirage All-Inclusive”
“PMAI” Three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at the Thai restaurant “Suan Bua”, (buffet). Lunch alternatives: a la carte menu in “Sands” (beachside dining and bar) or in “Uno Mas” (Argentinian grill). Dinner alternatives: in “Uno Mas” (Argentinian grill) or in “Sheesh” (Lebanese restaurant). The premium mirage all-Inclusive meal plan starts from 15:00 on the of arrival and ends at 15:00 on the day of departure. Selected premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available from 11:00 - 01:00 hrs. as a part of Premium Mirage All Inclusive Meal Plans per below outlets timing. Mirage Family Lounge – 11:00 till 01:00 Suan Bua – 12:30 noon till 15:00 / 18:00 till 22:30 Uno Mas - 12:30 noon till 22:30 / 18:30 till 23:30 Sheesh - 17:00 noon till 23:00 Sands - 12:00 noon till 22:30 Waves - 11:00 noon till 23:00 A selection of complimentary ice cream is available at the ice cream hut near Sands Beach Club from 12:00 - 17:00 hrs . The Sunset Rooftop by Sands – 17:00 till 00:00. The venue is not included in any meal plan and will be charged based on actual consumption.**

GENERAL POLICY:
No check-out is allowed on 31 Dec.
Check-in.
Check-in time is from 15:00 at the hotel on arrival date. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 15:00 (but not earlier than 12:00 noon on arrival date) will require pre-registration confirmed by the hotel as per availability.
Guaranteed early check-in prior to the hotel check-in time 15:00 must be pre-booked and it will be charged at 100% of purchased Room PackageRate
Payment for early check-in charge must be made on receipt of Hotel’s confirmation ofreservation.
Check-out.
Check-out time is no later than 12:00 noon, unless otherwise noticed and/or confirmed by the Hotel.
Late departures are available, subject to availability as confirmed by the Hotel, and charged as follows: 50% of Room Package Rate for late check-out between 12:00 noon and 18:00; 100% of Room Package Rate for late check-out after 18:00.
Once check–in formalities have been completed, Guests will be charged accommodation at Room Package Rate for the full duration of the reserved stay, even in case of early departure.
Early check-in and late check-out charges will be charged at (i) public rates of Centara when Guest pays directly to Centara or (ii) contractual rate as agreed between Centara and Partner if payment is made by Partner
CHILDREN POLICY:
The discount for children from 6 to 11.99 years old applies for a maximum of 2 children per room when staying in the same room as the parents (adults). Should an additional room be booked with children occupancy only, the adult BB rate for double occupancy applies with the corresponding child meal supplement. - The legal age for consumption of alcoholic beverages is 21 years and above in the U.A.E.
