Half Board is available for Lunch or Dinner at selected restaurants • Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.
Children above 12 and adults are charged an additional Half Board supplement per night as per below policy. Half Board is available for Lunch or Dinner at selected restaurants.

Extra bed can only be accomodated in a Harmony Oceanfront Master Suite and a maximum of 2 extra beds can be provided. Must be pre-booked at the time of reservation and is subject to availability.
• Baby Crib and extra bed are provided complimentary based on availability and must be requested at the time of the reservation. Rates quoted above are per person, per night.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to Hotel availability. Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of regular FIT contracted rate Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges.
